Privacy is the default.
The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking technology, account system, or third-party software development kit. Its sounds and playback features work locally on your device.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Architectural Intelligence handles information in the Deep Sleep Mixer iPhone app, on this website, and when someone voluntarily emails us. The app and website behave differently, so this policy describes them separately.
2. Information the app collects
None. Deep Sleep Mixer does not collect personal information, usage activity, device identifiers, precise or approximate location, contacts, health information, payment information, or recordings from your microphone.
The app does not request access to your microphone, photos, contacts, location, camera, motion data, or HealthKit data. It does not build an advertising profile or track activity across other apps or websites.
3. Information stored on your device
Saved mixes, layer levels, playback boost, and the selected timer-fade setting are stored locally so the app can restore your preferences. This information is not sent to Architectural Intelligence or any other party by Deep Sleep Mixer.
4. Apple services
Apple processes App Store downloads, purchases, device backups, crash information you choose to share with Apple, and related platform activity under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Deep Sleep Mixer does not receive personal information from Apple for advertising or analytics.
5. This website
This website does not use custom analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, account forms, or marketing cookies. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process essential technical request information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and security signals—to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Architectural Intelligence does not use that technical request information to identify visitors, create profiles, serve ads, or track activity across websites.
6. Messages you choose to send
If you voluntarily email us, your email provider and ours process the address, message content, and standard delivery metadata needed to send and receive the message. We use that information only to respond, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation. Email is not collected through the app.
7. Sharing, sale, and advertising
We do not sell or rent personal information. The app shares no user data with analytics providers, advertising networks, data brokers, social networks, or other third parties. Cloudflare and email providers process limited information only to provide their respective delivery, security, and communication services.
8. Retention and deletion
- App preferences: Delete saved mixes individually in Presets. Removing the app deletes its local data from the active device, subject to backups you control through Apple.
- Website requests: We do not maintain our own visitor database. Cloudflare may retain limited security and delivery records under its policies and service settings.
- Email: Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain a support record, protect the service, or comply with law. You may ask us to delete a support message unless retention is legally required.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Because Deep Sleep Mixer does not hold app user data, there is no app account or cloud profile to access, correct, export, or delete. Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning information included in an email you sent us. You may contact us to ask about that information or request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
10. Children’s privacy
Deep Sleep Mixer is a general-audience ambient audio app and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app has no account, social features, advertising, or user-submitted content.
11. Security and international processing
The app minimizes privacy risk by keeping its preferences on the device and collecting no app data. Website delivery and voluntary email may be processed in the United States or other locations where Cloudflare and email providers operate. We use service settings appropriate to the limited information involved, but no internet or email system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
If the app’s or website’s practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before those changes are released when required. The effective date above identifies the current version.
